TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of warranty:

 PRODUCT AND INFORMATION ACCURACY

Your Space Furniture strives for accuracy in all aspects of our website. However, due to the nature of custom furniture business, changing product specifications and technical changes, there may be errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Your Space Furniture reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is submitted, an email order notification will be sent within 24 hours with the summary of your order, receipt, production time, and order reference number that is required to receive order status update. Upon receiving order notification, Your Space Furniture representative will review your order for accuracy, pricing, and fabric availability. Should any issues or questions arise, you will be contacted by Your Space Furniture to review and correct as necessary.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s written warranty applies to all Your Space Furniture or other merchandise sold on our Internet website. The manufacturer warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied. The customer should inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. Any damage or defects should be noted, photographed, and reported to Your Space Furniture and Delivery Partner immediately. Your Space Furniture reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace this merchandise at its discretion.

SUPPLEMENTAL FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN

If you have purchased the Guardsman supplemental Fabric Plus protection plan, all accidents must be reported directly to Guardsman within five (5) days of occurrence. For further instructions, refer to the Protection Plan warranty contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your Space Furniture does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 72 hours of the order being placed. Your Space Furniture does not accept returns on any custom ordered product. For any non-custom items, Your Space Furniture will accept cancellation for a full refund if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped, the cancellation policy and procedures outlined below must be followed. All cancellations require a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is 15% of the total sale price of the merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Sale and Discounted items cannot be cancelled. Sale and Discounted items are final sale and may not be returned.

DELIVERY TIMES

One to two weeks prior to delivery, Your Space Furniture will contact customer to collect the balance on the order. From then on, Delivery Partner will handle all aspects of the merchandize delivery. Delivery Partner will contact customer to set up delivery date and provide a 3-4 hour window of time for delivery of the furniture. Due to complicated delivery schedules, Your Space Furniture is not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. At the customer’s request, the Your Space Furniture Delivery Partner will contact the customer approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled delivery.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Prior to Delivery Day: We realize things may happen that require changes to your schedule. Please note we do need 48 hours advanced notice to change a delivery appointment. Please ensure any remaining balance on your furniture order is paid in full. Your Space Furniture Delivery Partner will not deliver orders with remaining balance. Therefore, it is customer’s responsibility to pay the balance upon receiving phone or e-mail delivery notice from Your Space Furniture.

Note: Please, communicate if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for delivery trucks. Be sure to find out any requirements for access to buildings that have specific delivery instructions, such as deliveries allowed only during certain hours, dedicated freight elevators, etc.
 Delivery Day: Please clear the way! Have a pathway cleared through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed. If you requested White Glove Delivery, our professionally trained delivery team will unwrap, place, and assemble your new furniture in the appropriate room. Please note delivery team cannot rearrange existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, hang mirrors or wall art.
