All natural fibers like Cotton and Linen tend to shrink after the first wash. That is why a pre wash is necessary for upholstery fabrics to retain their size and shape. Since all the shrinking has been done prior to application, this fabric can be machine washed and dried in the comfort of a home. Additional performance finish for stain resistance is added after the manufacturing. This fabric is heavy duty and is designed for slipcovered furniture. More colors available.
